We’ve Already Built the Hard Part of Your App
Real-time driver matching. In-app video consultations. Buy-now-pay-later checkout. Offline field data capture. A 10,000-product catalogue that stays fast on a phone. Seven apps, five countries, iOS and Android — whatever the difficult part of your app is, there’s a good chance we’ve shipped it already.

Most App Projects Don’t Fail at Design.
They fail at the part nobody scoped properly.
The location tracking drains the battery. The video call drops on 4G. The catalogue is fast with 200 products and unusable at 10,000. The app needs to work in a valley with no signal and nobody thought about it until field testing. The payment provider you picked doesn’t support instalments in your market. The app ships, gets a 2.8 rating, and the reviews are all about crashes.
These are engineering problems, and they get decided in architecture – not in a design review. By the time they surface, fixing them means rebuilding. We scope for them at the start, because we’ve hit all of them before.

Apps We’ve Shipped

Jayeek
On-Demand Transport & Towing UAE
- A Ride-hailing and vehicle-logistics app where drivers list cars, trucks, towing trucks, and mini pickups, and customers get competing offers instead of a fixed price.
- A customer selects the service they need and posts a booking request. Every nearby driver receives it in real time and can either accept the offer or counter with their own price — the customer then chooses from all the offers received. Once one is accepted, the app opens a live chat between driver and customer, gives the driver turn-by-turn directions, and sends arrival, delivery, and cancellation updates as the job progresses. Both sides rate each other afterwards.
- The hard parts: Real-Time geospatial matching to find nearby drivers, a reverse-auction bidding flow with concurrent offers, live chat, and continuous location tracking that doesn’t destroy the battery. Native iOS and Android.
- Drivers Onboarded
- Bookings Completed
- Cities Live

Fairbay
Large-Scale eCommerce Sri Lanka
- A full commerce platform in the Amazon and Flipkart mould – 5,000 categories and 10,000+ products – with a management dashboard built to the standard of a large-scale retailer, not a storefront plugin.
- Campaigns, FairDeals, tiered discounting, and online payments on the customer side. On the admin side, a genuinely deep dashboard covering catalogue, merchandising, promotions, orders, and reporting.
- The hard parts: Catalogue architecture and search that stay fast on mobile at that volume, deep category navigation that doesn’t collapse on a small screen, and campaign and discount logic that composes correctly rather than conflicting.
- SKUs Live
- Orders Processed
- App Rating

GhostPay
Payments & Service Booking United States
- A payment app for artists and independent service providers. They list their services, customers book and pay – by scanning a QR code in person, or against a payment request the provider sends.
- Customers can pay in full or in instalments through Afterpay and Klarna, which materially raises conversion on higher-value bookings.
- The hard parts: QR-based in-person payment flows, buy-now-pay-later integration and its approval and settlement lifecycle, provider payouts, and handling money in a US regulatory context.
- Providers Onboarded
- Transaction Volume
- Average Order Value Uplift From BNPL
More Apps We’ve Built

Adhya Universe
Astrology Marketplace USA
Multiple astrologers list services; customers book written Q&A with tiered response times (1 hour, 8 hours, 24 hours), or connect by live chat, audio call, or video call. Includes discounting plus automated retention — birthday offers and call-back offers triggered without manual work.Hard parts: WebRTC audio and video in-app, SLA-tiered fulfilment, session-based billing, automated lifecycle marketing.

Dainy Dubz
Kids’ Clothing Commerce India
A focused eCommerce app for a children’s clothing brand, with a deliberately lean admin dashboard scoped to what a small team will actually use.Why it’s here: proof we scope to your stage. Not every business needs Fairbay’s dashboard, and building it anyway wastes your budget.

Queen Charlotte Track
Field Guide New Zealand
A trail companion for the Marlborough Sounds covering plants, trees, wildlife, and historical and geographical points of interest along the track. Walkers log what they’ve spotted and revisit it later, and can buy a pass for the privately owned sections in-app.Hard parts: offline-first content and media on a trail with no signal, local persistence that survives days without connectivity, and in-app purchase of a real-world access pass.

Lubriserv
Industrial Fluid Monitoring UK
A B2B app for machine shops. Operators record metalworking fluid readings per CNC machine — concentration, pH, and bacteria results — and the app turns that history into trend analysis and graphical reports, so coolant is managed on evidence instead of guesswork.Hard parts: structured data capture on the shop floor, per-machine history over long periods, and charting that’s readable on a phone in an industrial environment.

Where AI Fits
AI Inside the App
01
On-device intelligence
Search, recommendations, and image recognition that run locally, so they work without a round trip or a connection
02
Personalised discovery
Recommendation logic on large catalogues, which is where Fairbay-scale commerce earns its conversion rate
03
Conversational Support
In-App assistants answering from your own content rather than a generic model
04
Predictive retention
Churn risk scored per user, so the offer fires before they go quiet rather than after
05
Smart matching
Ranking drivers, providers, or professionals by more than proximity: acceptance history, rating, route fit
06
Document and image capture
Extracting structured data from a photo, which turns a lot of manual field entry into a single tap
Platforms & Approach
Native, Cross-Platform, or Both
We recommend based on what your app actually does, not on what we prefer to write.
Native (Swift, Kotlin)
The right call when the app leans on hardware and background behaviour: continuous location tracking, sustained video, heavy offline media. Jayeek is native for exactly this reason.
Cross-platform (React Native, Flutter)
The right call for content, commerce, and booking apps where a shared codebase gets you to both stores faster and cheaper without a real compromise.
We’ll tell you which one you need in the blueprint session, including when a Progressive Web App is the honest answer and you don’t need a native app at all.
Process
How an App Project Runs
01
App Blueprint Session
Free, 45 minutes We map your feature set, flag the parts that carry technical risk, recommend native or cross-platform, and give you a scope and estimate range. You leave with a prioritised build plan whether or not you work with us.
02
Architecture & Design
2 to 4 Weeks Data model, API contracts, offline behaviour, notification strategy, and payment flows decided before a screen gets built. This is where the failures in Section 2 get prevented.
03
Build in Sprints
8 to 20 weeks Two-week cycles with a working build on your device at the end of each one. You see progress on real hardware, not in a slide.
04
Device & Field Testing
Real conditions: low-end Android, poor connectivity, background location, battery draw, interrupted payments. Queen Charlotte Track was tested on the actual trail — that’s the standard.
05
Store Submission
We handle App Store and Play Store submission, review responses, and rejections. We’ve been through it with apps in five countries and different store regions have different habits.
06
Post-Launch
Crash monitoring, OS version updates, store rating management, and iteration on real usage data. An app is not finished at launch — it starts depreciating the day iOS updates.
Why Infosparkles
Why Teams Bring Us In
01
We’ve built across categories, not just one.
Commerce, on-demand logistics, payments, professional services, consumer utility, and industrial B2B. The pattern-matching from that range is what stops us designing your app like the last one we made.
02
We’ve shipped in five regulatory and payment environments.
US, UAE, India, Sri Lanka, New Zealand. Payment rails, compliance expectations, and device profiles differ in each, and we’ve dealt with it.
03
We scope to your stage.
Dainy Dubz got a lean dashboard because that’s what the business needed. Fairbay got a full merchandising suite because that’s what it needed. We’ll tell you which one you are.
04
We build for the phone people actually own.
Mid-range Android on a weak connection, not a flagship on office WiFi.
05
You own the code and the store listings.
Full source, documentation, and your own developer accounts.
Frequently Asked Questions
It depends almost entirely on the hard parts — real-time tracking, video calling, or payment complexity move the number far more than screen count does.
The blueprint session gives you an estimate range against your actual feature list.
Typically 3–5 months to store launch. A focused app like Dainy Dubz is faster; something with Jayeek’s real-time matching and bidding is longer.
Native if you depend on background location, sustained video, or heavy offline media. Cross-platform for most commerce, content, and booking apps. We’ll give you a straight recommendation, including when you don’t need a native app at all.
Yes — Jayeek is a live on-demand transport and towing platform in the UAE with real-time driver matching, a driver bidding flow, live chat, and location tracking.
Yes, in production. GhostPay supports both Afterpay and Klarna alongside full payment, including the approval and settlement lifecycle.
Yes. Queen Charlotte Track works through days on a trail with no signal, with content and media cached locally and user data persisted until it can sync.
Yes — Adhya Universe runs live chat, audio, and video sessions between customers and practitioners in-app.
Fairbay runs 5,000 categories and 10,000+ products in-app. Catalogue performance at that scale is an architecture decision, and it has to be made before you build.
Yes, including review responses and rejections, in multiple store regions.
Yes. We start with a code and architecture review so you get an honest assessment of what’s salvageable before committing to anything.
You do, on delivery. Full source, documentation, and store account access.
